Bug Report: Sora 2 moderation is too strong
`Steps to Reproduce`

Generate anything innocent regarding kids.

`Expected Result`

Generates innocent video with kids in it. Like, you know, a kid throwing a ball and then getting cheered for by some grandstands. Or a baby running down a hall. Or a kid using telekinesis to levitate a bear.

`Actual Result`

Guardrails warning about safety of kids, after generating result, costing tokens for something I can't use.
