Bug Report: Support widget on help.openai.com returns HTTP Error 400
`Steps to Reproduce`

Go to https://help.openai.com
while logged into a ChatGPT Business account.
Wait for the page to load.
Click the chat bubblein the bottom-right area of the page.

`Expected Result`

The support chat widget should load allowing me to contact OpenAI Support.

`Actual Result`

The chat widget fails to load. Instead, a white rectangular box appears on the right side of the page with the message:
<BODY><h2>Bad Request</h2>
HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed.

`Environment`

Windows 11, Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox (latest versions), tested with and without extensions, normal and incognito mode, no VPN, cookies allowed.
