Bug Report: ChatGPT Atlas can't search or view the webpage
`Steps to Reproduce`

I asked it to search for something and it said it doesn't have that ability.
Then I went to an article and in the sidebar asked it to summarize it, and it asked me what to summarize, and I said this webpage, and it said there was no webpage.

`Expected Result`

It should be able to search a query and view the webpage content.

`Actual Result`

It can't search or view tab content.
