Bug Report: Project returns 503 error – unable to send or receive messages for over 12 days
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open any ChatGPT project in my account (multiple projects affected).
  2. Attempt to send or receive any message via the interface (tested in app, browser, and incognito).
  3. Every request results in a 503 error, regardless of device, browser, or network environment.
  4. Issue persists across different devices, networks, and after clearing cache/cookies.
  5. Other accounts (including a secondary one I own) can use projects normally from the same environment.
`Expected Result`

Messages should be sent and received normally within any ChatGPT project, as usual.

`Actual Result`

All projects under this account consistently return a 503 error when sending or receiving messages.

Error persists for 12+ days.

Both web and mobile apps affected.

No workaround found (clearing cache, switching networks, reinstalling app all failed).

No issue for other accounts on the same devices/networks.

Platform: ChatGPT web (chat.openai.com), ChatGPT iOS app Devices: Windows PC, iPhone Browsers: Chrome (latest), Edge, Safari, Incognito Network: Multiple (home WiFi, mobile data, office network) Region: Japan Account: Plus plan Project IDs affected: (all projects in my account) Error started: Oct 19, 2025)

Additional Context:

I have already emailed OpenAI support multiple times, attached detailed screenshots, error logs, HAR files, and environment info.

Support tickets were escalated but only received auto-replies and satisfaction surveys; no human has resolved my issue in 11 days.

This is blocking my daily usage and causing major inconvenience.

Other accounts on the same device/network can use ChatGPT projects normally.

I am worried that my issue is account-specific or related to backend misconfiguration.

Hi all, I'm hoping someone from the community or the support team can help. For the past two weeks, every time I submit a ticket, the AI says it's being escalated to a human, and then... nothing happens. The ticket just gets auto-closed days later with a satisfaction survey.

My issue is still unresolved, and I'm completely stuck. Has anyone else experienced this? What's the best way to get actual help around here? I'm really frustrated.

16 DAYS. My project has been COMPLETELY DOWN for 16 days due to a persistent 503 error. Worse, I have received ZERO human support despite submitting the required HAR files and error screenshots WEEKS ago!
I followed all the rules, but I’ve been completely abandoned. This is unacceptable!
