Bug Report: 25 sec option not available in Sora 2 Pro
`Steps to Reproduce`

I refresh the web page and the option doesn't show up in Sora 2 Pro. I only see 10 sec and 15 sec options.

In Storyboard I can see a 25 sec option, but it's grayed out and won't activate.

`Expected Result`

I expect to see a 25 sec option along with the 10 and 15 sec options.

`Actual Result`

I don't see the 25 sec option in the Sora 2 Pro generate interface. I see it in Storyboard, but it's grayed out.

Windows, the latest version of Chrome

I restarted my computer and it now shows up in Storyboard. Problem solved.
