Bug Report: Sora video limit isn't calculating right
`Steps to Reproduce`

Create videos on a free plan... Sometimes it'll randomly say that it had problems uploading images or sending prompts

`Expected Result`

You should be able to generate 30 videos

`Actual Result`

I only managed to generate 16 videos until it gave me "You've already generated 30 videos in the last day"
