Bug Report: Can't generate a Sora 2 video

`Steps to Reproduce`

There are three videos permanently generating (icon spinning) in my account, preventing me from generating anything further. The account is stuck, it does not give any other errors.

It started with a generation which didn't go through, giving a content violation warning. Then I noticed a new generation popped up, unprompted, of the same video, but this time stuck permanently in the queue.

`Expected Result`

Pressing to generate a video actually generates the video from beginning to end.

`Actual Result`

The account is stuck, as there are permanently generating videos that never finish.

I can't. It says I hit the limit of 3 consecutive videos generating.

Well, I spoke too soon. Looks like the botched generations are still there, but after hours of trying and failing, I'm now apparently able to generate one at a time
