Bug Report: Username handling backend bug
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Login to sora website for the first time
  2. Choose a username
  3. Close the window
  4. Login to sora again
  5. Seeing the username input again, you input the username you chose before
`Expected Result`

6-Expected. Username successfully applied, move to the next step.

`Actual Result`

6-Real. Username already taken, but its not for anyone. Not even yourself

Samsung browser for Android, Canada IP.
