Bug Report: \n replaced by actual newlines in the Canvas
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Ask GPT-5 thinking* to generate something that would contain \n. This should be done in the Canvas.
  2. Request any follow up edit to the Canvas that keeps the \n's. The second version of the Canvas and onward now have these \n's replaced by real newlines.

*This may not be a requirement, but it's what I was using. I'm also free tier.

`Expected Result`

\n's would remain that way for convenient functionality in code.

`Actual Result`

\n's get replaced with a newline, which is what they're intended to symbolise. Code now breaks and has to manually be reformatted by the user.
