Bug Report: Agent builder file search not working

`Steps to Reproduce`

Use file search tool in your agent builder workflow.

`Expected Result`

File search tool should search files attached in vector store and return the result.

`Actual Result`

It returns the following error: Error:
Workflow failed: We experienced an error while running the workflow. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you keep seeing this error.
