Bug Report: GPT-5 Thinking changes to GPT-4o mini
`Steps to Reproduce`

When in Browser, even when using GPT-5 thinking, and asking "what model are you", model doesn't think and it defaults to GPT-4o Mini. In iOS mobile app, works as intended (i.e. GPT-5 Thinking)
