Hi @open crag. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

I'm sorry, but there is currently no public API or code available for generating videos with Sora. According to OpenAI's official documentation, Sora is not available by API at this time, and there are no code examples or SDKs for Sora video generation in the knowledge sources provided. Sora is accessible through the Sora app (iOS and web) for eligible users, but not via programmatic access or code integration yet Generating videos on Sora.

If you are interested in using Sora, you can access it through the Sora app or web interface if you have the appropriate ChatGPT subscription (Plus, Pro, or Business). For now, developers cannot generate Sora videos via code or API.

Sora is OpenAI’s advanced video generation model, designed to create highly realistic short videos from text prompts or images. The model is capable of generating complex scenes with multiple characters, specific types of motion, and accurate details of both subjects and backgrounds. Sora’s realism is a key feature, and it can produce videos that closely follow user instructions, including synchronized audio and nuanced visual effects Getting started with the Sora app.

The knowledge sources acknowledge that Sora’s videos can look very realistic, which is both impressive and, for some, potentially unsettling. OpenAI is aware of the implications of such realism and has implemented strict policies and controls to prevent misuse, such as prohibiting the generation of videos depicting real people without explicit consent and embedding visible watermarks and provenance metadata in all videos Creating images and videos in line with our policies.

While the sources do not explicitly discuss whether Sora’s realism is “scary,” they do highlight the importance of safety, user control, and responsible use, reflecting an understanding of the concerns that can arise from highly realistic AI-generated content.

Based on the knowledge sources, at launch, all Sora videos include a visible moving watermark and C2PA provenance metadata. There is no information indicating that users can remove the watermark from Sora videos at this time. In fact, the watermark is specifically mentioned as a standard feature for all exports Creating videos with Sora Getting started with the Sora app.

I'm sorry, but the knowledge sources do not mention any option to remove the watermark from Sora AI videos.
