Bug Report: Video duration error
`Steps to Reproduce`

Whenever I generate a video the duration gets capped at 5 seconds no matter what the prompt is. I have ChatGPT Plus which according to what I saw I should be able to generate 10 seconds long videos, but even clarifying it on the prompt it just makes 5 seconds long videos.
