Bug Report: Videos stuck at 5 seconds

`Steps to Reproduce`

i have no idea what the consistency on this is but i've been making anime fight gens and they all tend to be coming out at 5 seconds. there were some tiny work arounds like asking the ai to produce them at 10 secs but it only works very rarely before deciding to make them 5 seconds anyways

`Expected Result`

I would have a 10 second video

`Actual Result`

it comes out as 5 seconds and is very choppy and waaaay too fast.
