Same here as of 1.2025.273 app update on iPadOS 17.7.10. For light theme I get fully white screen with openai logo in the middle. Uninstall / reinstall does not correct problem.
This is still broken in 1.2025.274. If you turn off wifi you can get to a failed login - then turn wifi back on to actually login, but once login is successful you’re just back to the blank screen with logo
