I sometimes encountered this error when calling the o3 model through the API.

openai.APIError: An error occurred while processing your request. You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if the error persists. Please include the request ID req_887e81297e64bb69ab36151e166b8a39 in your message.

Does anyone know where to contact OpenAI official channel to ask them investigate what’s going on by my request ID?
