I'm sorry, but according to the knowledge sources, there is currently no API access for Sora—video generation is only available through the Sora app and web interface, not via an API. Therefore, there is no published maximum video length for Sora 2 via API, as the API does not exist at this time for Sora video generation Generating videos on Sora – FAQ.

If you are using the Sora app or web interface, the maximum video length depends on your ChatGPT subscription tier. For ChatGPT Pro users, you can generate videos up to 20 seconds long and up to 1080p resolution Generating videos on Sora – FAQ. But again, this is not available via API.
