Bug Report: Generated files download links
`Steps to Reproduce`

I have asked ChatGPT to generate a bunch of code and give it to me in a zip. At the beginning it would give me a download link (sandbox) to click and it worked, but at some point it just gave me some white text and there is no way to make it give me a download link again

`Expected Result`

A link to download a zip with the generated code

`Actual Result`

Name of the link, but no actual link to download the stuff
