Bug Report: Sora web speed
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use it normally?

`Expected Result`

Fast loading video.

`Actual Result`

So when the video is created, it takes a extra 5 mins to load the video to watch it and in the reels/TikTok feed, it takes 5 mins to load 1 video to watch, so it'd extremely slow for sure
