Bug Report: Sora1: 10s Duration and 720p Resolution Options Grayed Out
`Steps to Reproduce`

  1. Log into Sora with my account. (sora.chatgpt.com)

  2. Open the video generation page and select video, not image down there.

  3. Click the duration or resolution options.

`Expected Result`

I should be able to select video duration up to 10s or resolution up to 720p.

`Actual Result`

Only 5s duration and 480p resolution are available. 10s and 720p are shown but disabled.

Subscription: Team; Windows 11 64b; Google Chrome Version 141.0.7390.55 (Official Build) (64-bit); Stable wifi connection
