Bug Report: Memories not deleting normally, complex fix
`Steps to Reproduce`

Webchat, tried to delete a memory, it did not delete. Deleted all memories, they appeared gone. Asked a chat to add a new memory, which 'restored' all deleted memories and added the new. Repeated process, got memory to 100% full despite appearing empty, was getting the warnings. Logged out and back in, did not fix. What helped: On app on phone, created and deleted a memory - that did clear webchat memories at last.

`Expected Result`

Memories should delete when requested, should not self-restore when new different memories added.

`Actual Result`

Memories appeared to 'show' as cleared but not be cleared for the model or for allowing space to save new memories.

`Environment`

Problem on web chat through Chrome, fix saving and deleting a memory on Android app

Can confirm. Deleted a memory entry repeatedly, and after closing the memory window and opening it again, it was back each time. Platform iOS.

Yeah, this is happening to me too. I can't delete any memories. They appear deleted in the android app but when I go back into the memories they are still in the memory.

I do see a workaround.

I prefer to work in web.

If I make a new memory in my android app, then in the android app clear all memories, USUALLY but not always all memories are cleared.

I can then go back to web and try to add memories - but while doing that, sometimes while trying to ADD MEMORIES in web, an error message with the output being made, and memories were wiped.

It took me 3 tries to get the verbatim memories I wanted saved in, but I was able to do so - using the 'add a memory in the android app, then wipe memories from android app' to clear memory to start.

And that was not a workaround; memories today were restored somehow to what they'd been days ago.

I was having issues this week modifying memories (updating and deleting) and what seemed to help was logging out of all sessions and then making the changes. Also if I still had issues then I would make one change, log out, and then log back in for the next. Rinse, repeat. I didn't do the changes immediately after each other either. All my changes are now sticking which previously I would update one memory, then another and the prior would be reset back to its prior state.
