Bug Report: Multiple Sora 2 Accounts Under 1 Login

`Steps to Reproduce`

I’m not sure how this happened. I was trying to use invite codes on my phone, they weren’t working so I tried on desktop. Eventually a code worked but it only logs me in on my phone. On desktop it acted as if I didn’t have access at all. I tried changing username. Now my phone and desktop have separate usernames. Logging in and out doesn’t fix it. They’re 2 separate accounts now under the same login. All requests fail with 4xx codes. Can’t change any settings or do anything in app.

For this not to happen?

`Actual Result`

I now have 2 separate Sora accounts under a single OpenAI login with different usernames. All requests fail, cannot load any data. Account settings cannot be changed. No way to delete one of the Sora accounts and retry. Logging in and out on both devices does not fix the problem.
