Bug Report: 52 video generation limit in sora
`Steps to Reproduce`

generating 52 videos, was on plus plan, upgraded to pro, because the notification says "Upgrade your plan to generate more videos"

`Expected Result`

To be able to generate more video

`Actual Result`

I got hit with the same notification after upgrading.
