Bug Report: “Cannot download videos after device change”
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Generate a video using Sora after switching to a new iPhone.
  2. Try to download the video from the video page.
  3. The download fails with an error.
`Expected Result`

The video should be successfully prepared and downloaded.

`Actual Result`

An error message appears: “An error occurred while preparing the download.”
This happens for all videos generated after switching to the new iPhone.
Older videos (before the device change) download just fine.

`Environment`

iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.6) Also tested on iPad Pro (iPadOS 17.6) Browsers: Safari, Chrome (both normal and incognito) Also tested on Windows 11 (Chrome) – same result.
