Bug Report: GPT‑5 Instant mode stuck in Thinking‑mini
`Steps to Reproduce`

Not always happening, but in many chats:
ask it a question about something, maybe a detailed question, perhaps not
EXPLICITLY select: "ChatGPT 5 Instant"
and observe as it uses thinking anyway.

`Expected Result`

Should use the instant rapid response model

`Actual Result`

Uses thinking model, even if i attempt to tell it to try again with "INSTANT" and it still thinks
