Bug Report: Prompt Optimizer Not Working in Playground
`Steps to Reproduce`

-Navigate to the OpenAI Platform Playground
-Access the Chat section with GPT-5 model selected

  • Attempt to use the Prompt Optimizer feature
`Expected Result`

Prompt optimizer should show the changes of the actual prompt given but it doesn't.

`Actual Result`

It finished the loading state for finding contradictions, errors,etc. but it didn't show any errors or fixes for the prompt given

OS: macOS Browser: Chrome
