Bug Report: Chat GPT is not saving and replying to edited prompt
`Steps to Reproduce`

When original prompt was edited, Chat GPT is not saving the edited prompt when user exit the app. Answer also doesn't change despite the edited prompt and kept referring back to the previous prompt that should have been rewritten.

`Expected Result`

Edited prompt and answers to be saved and answers to correlate to new prompt.

`Actual Result`

Edited prompt is deleted when exiting the app and the answer to an edited prompt doesn't correlate to the edited prompt.
