Bug Report: DALL·E unable to generate images
`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask ChatGPT to generate: “generate an apple. 3d pixar. generate only 1 image”

Wait for response.

DALL·E fails and no image is produced.

`Expected Result`

A single 3D Pixar-style apple image should be generated.

Actual Result:

ChatGPT replies that DALL·E experienced “issues” and no image is returned.
