Bug Report: Sora exports always include watermark for Pro users (even when “no watermark” is selected)

`Steps to Reproduce`

1. Log in with a ChatGPT Pro account.
2. Generate a video in Sora.
3. Export the video with the “no watermark” option selected.
4. (Optional) Enable the LOOP feature and export the video again.

`Expected Result`

• Pro users should be able to export videos without any watermark, as stated in the product documentation.
• LOOP exports should also remain watermark-free if “no watermark” is selected.

`Actual Result`

• All exported videos contain a watermark, regardless of export settings.
• With LOOP enabled, Sora applies a watermark to the original video and then adds a second overlapping watermark after looping, resulting in two visible watermarks.

Looped=double layer watermark (original+looped one), when download they both on video downloaded with "no watermark" option
