Bug Report: Paid Pro Feature Not Working: Cannot Use GPT-4.5/4o, Forced to GPT-5
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Log in as a Pro subscriber
  2. Select GPT-4.5 or GPT-4o model from the model selector
  3. Start a new conversation or send a message
  4. System automatically routes to GPT-5 instead of selected model
  5. Tried multiple times - same result
  6. Opened new browser window/incognito mode - issue persists
  7. Cleared cache and cookies - problem remains
  8. Checked account status - Pro subscription is active
`Expected Result`

Expected behavior: Should be able to use selected GPT-4.5/4o models with Pro subscription

`Actual Result`

Forced to use GPT-5 regardless of model selection

ChatGPT latest App iOS version, ChatGPT official website with Chrome App
