Bug Report: GPT-5 doesn't get any better!

`Steps to Reproduce`

Just use GPT-5, it's still as bad as it was at release, it seems that OpenAI doesn't care about this model at all!

`Expected Result`

Updates which OpenAI made for the model should work.

`Actual Result`

GPT-5 is still in a very bad state, just as it was at release, it doesn't get any better, they are not really improving it, they aren't working on it, they don't care about users and also about the model as it seems!
