Bug Report: Sora download error – 500 internal server error
`Steps to Reproduce`

Hello,
I am unable to download from Sora. Each attempt results in “Error preparing download.”

I checked in Chrome and Opera GX, same result. I also re-rendered the project, cleared cache, logged out/in, and tried different browsers – the issue persists.

Using Chrome DevTools → Network tab, I can see all download requests failing with HTTP 500 Internal Server Error (screenshot attached). Other requests succeed, so this is not a local browser/cache/DRM problem.

Itseems the download worker on your backend is failing. Can you please investigate or re-queue my render job?
