Bug Report: Upload video problem in SORA
`Steps to Reproduce`

It's very common that I get an error "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes" when uploading videos to the Storyboard, or into the remixing tool. It had never happened to me before, but I have gotten the same error at least 20 times in the past week or so. It's slowing my work flow and sometimes making it impossible.

`Expected Result`

Being able to upload videos regulary as I always did.

`Actual Result`

I get this error "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes" 80% percent of the time, some days everytime, making it impossible for me to work.

`Environment`

Sora in Macbook pro Apple M4 Max, 36 GB Ram.
