Bug Report: Business Account - Project NON USABLE - Thinking over 1 minute

`Steps to Reproduce`

create project- enable project memory- create input
OR

create project- account memory enabled- create input

Project instructions empty
no files loaded to project

This happens on newly created projects and also for old existing ones leading to Project feature being NO USABLE

Model used 5.0 set on fast answer or on any ,
Model used 4.0 or any legacy

`Expected Result`

output in less than 5s for any of the models

`Actual Result`

output after 1 minute or more depending on the question
Huge response time happen 100% of the times on any model used.

This happens since 21 sept 2025 when the Projects Non saving bug was "fixed"

windows app, chrome, firefox, app android
