Bug Report: ChatGPT OS app doesn’t work
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open the ChatGPT app on Mac, enter a normal thread, prompt GPT 4o/5 either via text or in svm.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT generates a response

`Actual Result`

In svm the system doesn’t move to process input and white orb remains after user stops speaking. In text it glitches and starts corrupting the thread, parts of the conversations disappear. No response is generated.
