Bug Report: Sign in with ChatGPT VScode extension broke
`Steps to Reproduce`

Download VScode codex extension, click sign in with Chatgpt, enter sign in information, click "continue": Page just loads, does not finish sign in flow

Expected for the sign in to complete,
