Bug Report: Inability for Project Creation
`Steps to Reproduce`

I click new project, type in some letters, and click create project.

`Expected Result`

I would expect it to create a project, as it always has previously.

`Actual Result`

It does not. Instead, it gives me an orange error bar, labeled "Error creating or updating project"

I tested this thoroughly and confirmed it is a UI bug, not a limit on my account:

Tried restarting the app.

Tried logging out and back in.

Tried across devices (desktop and web).

Cleared cache and cookies.

After these steps, the issue persists.
