Bug Report: Unable to create projects
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Login to ChatGpt.com
  2. Click new project in the sidebar
  3. Enter a project name and click Create project
`Expected Result`

The project is created and I can begin making chats, adding files, etc.

`Actual Result`

An error message pops up saying: Error creating or updating project

`Environment`

Windows 11, Chrome.

I second this. Have attempted same process with many more devices. Certainly a bug affecting many right now.
