Bug Report: help.openai.com Chat popup shows 400 error
`Steps to Reproduce`

For last week now I see on my OpenAI help center (go to https://help.openai.com/en) that the Chat popup appears, but shows

< BODY >< h2 > Bad Request
HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed.

`Expected Result`

Looks cool unless you are not even able to close it. Expected to be able to use it.

`Actual Result`

< BODY >< h2 > Bad Request
HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed.

Check it on:

  • Logged-In
  • Logged-Out
  • After clearing cache
  • On Incognito mode
  • On couple of my devices

The same 400 error always appears.

`Environment`

MacOS, Sequoia 15.6, Chrome(Latest)+Safari
