Bug Report: Chat Sessions Forget Previous Context
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Create New Project (in ChatGPT Plus, 4o or 5).
  2. Ask GPT (i.e., ChatGPT) to help you develop Python code for a large application with many packages and modules, and an SQL database.
  3. Tell GPT to remember many special instructions.
  4. Multiple Chat Sessions are required in order to continue the project.
`Expected Result`

A software development project should be managed efficiently by ChatGPT.

In the ChatGPT "Project" space, Chat session #2 should be able to "remember" special instructions and verbatim code that was introduced in chat session #1. Chat session #5 should remember verbatim code and special instructions from all previous chat sessions. Or, only ONE chat session should be required.

`Actual Result`

Chat session #1 bogs down at around 20k tokens. Replies take 60-seconds or never to display. Hard (ctrl-f5) page refresh is required. Chat session #5 remembers only some of what happened in prior sessions in the "project" space. When you upload a session summary, plus an instruction document, plus source code files, many tokens get used up. Response time is compromised. Each new chat session requires setup time and trial and error.
