Bug Report: Messages auto disappearing for no reason
`Steps to Reproduce`

The chat should keep messages.

`Expected Result`

When I open the chat, messages said by GPT-5-mini should be appeared.

`Actual Result`

Many recent messages are disappearing, and they appear the old one.
