Bug Report: GPT-5 Pro in Projects can’t access project files (other GPT-5 models can)
`Steps to Reproduce`

  1. In ChatGPT (web), open an existing Project that already has uploaded files.

  2. Start a new chat inside that Project and select GPT-5 Pro.

  3. Prompt: “List the project files you can access”.

  4. In the same Project, start another new chat but select GPT-5 Thinking (or Instant/Thinking mini) and repeat step 3.

`Expected Result`

GPT-5 Pro should inherit the Project context and have the same file access as other GPT-5 variants: it should list filenames and read/quote file contents from the Project.

`Actual Result`

GPT-5 Pro replies that it can’t access any files (e.g., says the project folder is empty or references “/mnt/data” being empty) and refuses to read them. In the same Project, GPT-5 Thinking/Instant/Thinking mini can list and read the files successfully.

This issue has been resolved for me. Projects in Pro and other models can now access files normally.
