Bug Report: Cannot download PDF document from GPT 5
`Steps to Reproduce`

ASk chatgpt to provide you with a PDF document. I have a custom GPT where i have uploaded the PDF doc in the config instructions. When i ask the custom GPT to produce that file it gives me the error - "Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/ "

`Expected Result`

Provide me with a PDF document i can simply download to my local machine

`Actual Result`

Error failure code - Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/
