Bug Report: code editing
`Steps to Reproduce`

I ask chatgpt for a code and it puts it in "programmer mode", then I ask it many times to edit the code, and in a moment it will tell you that I already edited the code even though I haven't done anything

chatgpt should continue editing the code

chatgpt says that she already edited it altough the code is exactly the same
