Bug Report: Unable to use Chinese input method in full-screen apps
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use Option + Space to open Chatgpt in another full-screen app, and try typing Chinese in the chat bar.

`Expected Result`

The Chinese input method should appear on the screen.

`Actual Result`

The Chinese input method doesn't appear. I can't select Chinese characters.

`Environment`

macOS Tahoe Public beta 6 (25A5351b), ChatGPT version 1.2025.238 (1756511133)
