Bug Report: Image/Video generation blocked after canceling a generation mid-process
`Steps to Reproduce`

Start generating an image or video.

Cancel the generation before it completes.

Quickly enter another prompt

Attempt to start a new image or video generation.

`Expected Result`

The new generation request should start normally without any errors once the previous task has been canceled.

`Actual Result`

Everytime trying to remix or generate an image or video, a message appears: "You can only generate 1 image or video at a time", even though no generation is currently running.
No images or videos can be generated until the bug is resolved.
IN MY GALLERY, a generating image is still running forever, impossible to delete it
