Bug Report: Chat slows down significantly after ~3 hours of continuous use
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open a new chat in the desktop app (Windows 11, fully updated).

Use ChatGPT continuously for ~2.5–3 hours (lots of back-and-forth Q&A).

Notice replies slow down significantly.

Workaround: starting a new chat restores normal speed.

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT should maintain a consistent response speed throughout long study sessions (multi-hour conversations) without requiring a new chat to restore performance.

`Actual Result`

After ~2.5–3 hours of continuous use, ChatGPT’s responses slow down significantly. Starting a new chat restores normal speed, but the prior context is lost.

`Environment`

Platform: ChatGPT Desktop app + Web OS: Windows 11 (fully updated) Hardware: Standard Windows PC (no known issues, everything updated) Network: Stable high-speed internet

I don't have the link to the chat that I was working with because I just deleted it but with as much studying that I do with ChatGPT on a day to day basis, I can probably get you another link by tomorrow.
