#Bio Tool hides earliest 10% of entries until newer ones are deleted

Bug Report: If full, the bio tool hides earliest 10% of entries until newer ones are deleted
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • Saved memories/bio tool are more than 90% full
  • Attempt to reference the oldest entry, the models fail to retrieve it
  • Delete newer entries, and the model can suddenly retrieve older entries
`Expected Result`

The models should be able to reference 100% of the saved memories.

`Actual Result`

The models (tested with 4o and 5) can only reference the most current 90% of the saved memory entries. If I delete newer entries, the older ones suddenly become visible to the models.
