Bug Report: GPT-5 forgetting everything in a old GPT-4o chat
`Steps to Reproduce`

First have an old chat that was alive before GPT-5's release and talk to GPT-4o.
Then attempt to talk to GPT-5 in that same chat.

`Expected Result`

GPT-5 continues the chat normally.

`Actual Result`

GPT-5 completely forgot the way and vibe and how things should be and how hes talking in that chat. Feels like it didn't know how to continue on that same rhythm GPT-4o started, like it completely forgot the entire context!
