Bug Report: Study and Learn tools is gone for my ChatGPT Account
`Steps to Reproduce`

It's only on my account as it seems, but when I click the tools button, it doesn't show up there, no matter the model or account settings.

`Expected Result`

To have the tool button to click.

`Actual Result`

Button is not there.

Google Chrome, Arch Linux.
